An opportunity to receive and deeply relax. Allow your nervous system to rest and reset. This is a safe place for your breath and body to take space, for emotions to move and stress to dissolve. These sessions incorporate soothing massage, gentle bodywork, devotional and life force touch that deeply restores your physical and subtle energy bodies. My current sessions are intuitively guided. For those who find value in understanding my background, my training in body work has been deeply varied over time, including Reiki, Nitvana. Tantric Bodywork, Sonic Alchemy, Intuitive Indonesian massage ( passed down from my Aunt Cella, who was our village healer ), Sacred Body Language Translations. In sharing that, my current sessions are primarily informed by your physical and subtle body's energy signals and my developed intuition. $180 per hour (1-3 Hours)
