You will also find links to where to purchase the book or details on hire as well as link to free PDF of the book for you to read, but please to respect the author keep as a digital copy and refrain from printing the book.

We willbe travelling through the book together and reading chapters as we go. For now please read pgs 1-11 to prepare.

Welcome , I look forward to sharing our co-creation of an awakened language community and culture, as well as sharing a journey that will powerfully and positively uplift our lives.

This page will provide you with information about our 13 weeks and some preparation and provide a rough outline of our flow for the duration.

Note I prioritise the present moment.

Tuesdays: 11:45am-1pm

BYO Social Lunch & Swim 1-2pm ( Optional)
